Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item purchased from Alexander Maurice, you may exchange or return it within 7 days of the date the order was recieved. So long as the returned merchandise is in its original new condition, it has not been worn, and is not soiled or damaged, we will return 100% of your purchase price.

Please Note: We do not accept returns for special offers and sale items. If you have any doubts or need to know more about any item, please phone or email before purchasing.

Our Return Policy

Please contact us to request a return. You must inform us within 7 days of reciept of your shipment. Please use original packing materials. Retain your receipt and enclose it with the item you are returning. Please make sure that the return address is the only address showing on your package and send it via a tracked carrier such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, Royal Mail Special Delivery, etc. We will not be responsible for goods lost in post when being returned where you have used a non-tracked carrier. Remember to retain the tracking number or post office receipt until you recieve your credit, refund, or replacement.

Please Note: The original shipping charge will not be returned. Where free shipping was offered and selected, we will deduct the amount of our original postage and packing costs from the refund amount. Any refunds will only be given to the original purchaser.
